I pulled up to Gwatney Chevorlet this morning for quite a few services needed on my suburban expecting an extended stay, boy was I wrong! From the beginning, Natasha met me with a customer service number and I explained what was needed. After having a cup of coffee,and within less than a hour of my arrival, Natsha called my name. Not only was my vehicle ready, she had found a coupon to reduce my payment. Now tha's what I call a good quality experience from start to finish.

I called Gwatney Chevrolet for an appointment to check a recall notice I received in the mail on my 2019 Chevy Cruze. I was able to arrange an appointment convenient for me. My car was checked in and the recall seen about at the arranged time. The service was quick and the wait reasonable and comfortable. As far as recommending the dealership to friends or family, I don't have any family in Central Arkansas and would not expect any family to travel here to do business with Gwatney. I also would not be comfortable recommending a car dealership to coworkers. ...
