Bought brand new in 2018, no issues, great car for two people. Very comfortable on long trips. I have owned new Cadillacs, Lexus, Volvos. We bought the 2018 Murano as we moved into our retirement years. Time to get a new car, and we shopped around. We came back to a new 2021 Murano, because we could not find any car that had the tech, price value, and most importantly, seat comfort. Nissan zero g seats are the most comfortable I have ever sit in......5 to 8 hour trips and you don’t feel tired or beaten to death.
    • A warning for SunRoofs

I've enjoyed the 2015 Murano, 134000 miles worth! (Now upgrading to 2020) Thought a note should be set about the one downfall that caused Insurance to Total the vehicle. The Sunroof. There are 4 drains. They can become clogged. Insurance says Dealers/Maintainers should clean them. Dealer agrees, but they don't, you have to ask them to check or do it. All 4 of mine where clogged, I had no idea. Water leaked internally. Down the pillars. Damaged all curtain airbags and electronics. Under Carpet area ruined. Rust internally to frame, seat attachment areas. Unknown damage to electronic that ran through the insides. It wasn't noticed until the water had soaked through the headliner and pillar covers at those junctions, insurance adjuster estimated years worth of leakage, all internal. Otherwise, an excellent vehicle and I'd still be driving it today.
