The tech Matt, who took care of my truck sent me a video, which i really liked. Very informative, he told me what he found and about when he'd be finished. The pro lem was corrected in time. Excellent.

the car that I bought clearly had a previous (to my purchase) problem that should have been found before I purchased it. Rusty spark plugs and corroded plug wires do not happen overnight. I drove the car several blocks but did not race the shit out of it and did not discover the issue for several days after I had the chance to drive it harder. It should have been discovered by the dealer after they took it in on a trade. This is a good example of buyer beware if the car is a high performance car which it is the prospective buyer better as I said race the shit out of it to make sure it will perform as advertised. My problem was I don't drive my cars like that especially one I have not payed for yet. Poor service for not knowing about the problem before selling it , poor service for making the prospective buyer find the problem and not your service department. I fully understand that I signed the sold as is document. I trusted Gwatney to not sell me a problem that they should have known about. I will not make that mistake again especially with Gwatney

Great service. When I arrived, I was checked in within minutes and the service department was very nice. I had my oil changed, fuel filter changed and my tires rotated . For all of tha, I was done and gone in just over an hour. GREAT SERICE!!!t

Everyone was very helpfull.

It was incredible! I was treated with so much kindness and respect. Everybody there was so professional! I was taking my truck to another dealership for oil changes and maintenance. It became very disappointing because I couldn’t even contact them on the phone other than waiting on the phone for a half hour to an hour just to get the service department if I ever even did. The service I had a Guatney was flawless! Even though I have to drive an hour to go to this dealership, I will be doing it in the future
