I was calling to talk to a rep about an issue with my vehicle and trying to figure out how long it may take to diagnose. So with the VM, I could not even make an appt, and that resulted in me making an appt on the app, which was fine. I noted my other issue on the app, but no one contacted me & did not ask about when I arrived. I had to bring it up & then they told me it would take an addition 1.5 hours at least to diagnose on top of the 1.5-2 hours I needed to wait on my Oil change appt. And I was definitely there 2 hours for JUST an oil change.Brian C

We do not 2 cars and you had no cars available. We tried to rent one and none were available. We ended up paying an kUber $45.00 to get home. Also, we bought this car from you less then 2 months ago and then to have the a/c not working correctly, thank goodness we had got the warranty. We still had to pay $200 for it to be repaired. The people were awesome, the job was done correctly, but as far as the dealership, I don’t feel we were treated fairly.Jerald R
