Fantastic new car buying experience! The salesman Kelsey and the Finance Manager Derrick couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, professional and transparent with every detail from the moment I walked into Gwatney Chevrolet up until the moment I drove off the lot. Most importantly the patience they had with me and addressing any and all of my questions throughout the process! It was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had in my life! I especially appreciate Kelsey for his professionalism and such respectful mannerisms he showed towards me and for showing me everything about my new car. I love my new car so much and the way the staff in this dealership treated me was top notch! Thank you Gwatney Chevrolet from one very satisfied customer!

I feel like Chevy could do a little better with communication with their customers. Since I scheduled an appointment online which indicated a specific job, I would have appreciated someone confirming that the requested work was actually what I wanted done, especially since it involves a significant expense. A simple confirmation would have made the experience feel a little more reassuring.

The only problem was when they were finished with the service and I was expecting to pay about $500 for the service and he said it was $700. I told him that after we got the service scheduled, he told me he would see me at 11:30 on Thursday and it would be $430 plus taxes. He disagreed with me and swore that he told me it would around $430 for the transmission and around $160 for the transfer case service. I still remember it as I stated but he strongly disagreed and told me I was wrong. I feel the situation could have been handled differently because I left with the feeling that I was being called a Liar.

The Gwatney Chevrolet team worked really hard to get me into a vehicle. I love my new Chevy Trax. I will definitely return for future vehicles.
