The only problem was when they were finished with the service and I was expecting to pay about $500 for the service and he said it was $700. I told him that after we got the service scheduled, he told me he would see me at 11:30 on Thursday and it would be $430 plus taxes. He disagreed with me and swore that he told me it would around $430 for the transmission and around $160 for the transfer case service. I still remember it as I stated but he strongly disagreed and told me I was wrong. I feel the situation could have been handled differently because I left with the feeling that I was being called a Liar.

The Gwatney Chevrolet team worked really hard to get me into a vehicle. I love my new Chevy Trax. I will definitely return for future vehicles.

CB is a great customer service rep.

My car went to the shop 2 days after I purchased it with less than 100 miles on it. The customer service was awful and nobody would speak to me. I paid cash for my 2026 Trax and received no information while it was in the shop and was offered no assistance. My husband called the shop who isn't even a cosigner on the car, and received more information than I did after calling and leaving plenty of voicemails. As a first time car buyer and as a female, I am extremely unhappy.
