First off, always friendly and ready to greet me when I get there. But especially Chris Nash. He is so great! Always smiling knowledge and knows the vehicles.

First, I called multiple times and asked for service and EVERY time I got placed into a voice mail. I was calling to talk to a rep about an issue with my vehicle and trying to figure out how long it may take to diagnose. So with the VM, I could not even make an appt, and that resulted in me making an appt on the app, which was fine. I noted my other issue on the app, but no one contacted me & did not ask about when I arrived. I had to bring it up & then they told me it would take an addition 1.5 hours at least to diagnose on top of the 1.5-2 hours I needed to wait on my Oil change appt. And I was definitely there 2 hours for JUST an oil change.

Experience at dealership was good. Day 4 of having my new Chevy Trax and the engine light come on. Very upsetting not sure what to do.

They did the work but we took it in on Thursday am at 8:00 am. We did not get it back into the following Tuesday. We do not 2 cars and you had no cars available. We tried to rent one and none were available. We ended up paying an kUber $45.00 to get home. Also, we bought this car from you less then 2 months ago and then to have the a/c not working correctly, thank goodness we had got the warranty. We still had to pay $200 for it to be repaired. The people were awesome, the job was done correctly, but as far as the dealership, I don’t feel we were treated fairly.

Drove in was met by a service technician went to the waiting room and 40 minutes later and 3 tire sensors were replaced I was ready to leave. Great speed and well done.

They were quick. Got my truck back the same day and it was fixed!

As always, my appointment was on time and prompt. Over many years, I have never had a problem with the service at Gwatney.

I drove into the garage and got out. They were so friendly from the very beginning. Didn't take long before they were finished. It had started raining really hard so the opened an umbrella and walked me to my car. That's service.
